Last weekend, Nottingham came alive as we celebrated Pride 2025. Thousands of people gathered together to celebrate, and Hope Fostering Services was proud to be right in the heart of it all!

Marching through the city with our banner, we were thrilled to be joining the most diverse group of supporters, allies, and foster parents. Did you spot us? We were the ones handing out sweets with big smiles!

From the parade, to the stalls and acts at Sneinton market, the vibe was incredible. We loved chatting with people from all walks of life and soaking up the positive energy. Our favourite bit of the march was walking through Hockley, newly named ‘The Rainbow Quarter’. The effort that different businesses had made to decorate and embrace the day was wonderful to see.

Pride is more than just a party—it’s a powerful reminder of the importance of community and acceptance. At Hope Fostering Services, we believe that every child deserves a safe, loving home, and every family deserves to be celebrated for who they are.

We are currently recruiting kind, compassionate, and diverse families to foster young people in the East Midlands. We firmly believe that Foster Care is one of the most rewarding jobs in the world.

If you’ve ever considered fostering—or just want to learn more—we’d love to have an informal chat with you.
