Foster Care Fortnight 2024

This week marks the beginning of Foster Care Fortnight which is an annual campaign run by The Fostering Network. The aim is to highlight the incredible work of all foster carers alongside promoting the urgent need for more foster families in the U.K. The greatest need is for foster families to care for siblings, older children, unaccompanied asylum seeking young people and those with additional needs. The theme for Foster Care Fortnight this year is ‘Fostering Moments’ – celebrating moments within foster care journeys.
